Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, refunds will no longer be eligible. Refunds may be granted in cases where the service is not delivered, there are major technical issues that cannot be resolved, or access is not provided after payment.
Refunds will not be issued for issues related to internet connection, device incompatibility, incorrect setup, or user error. We also do not provide refunds if the service has been fully delivered and accessed successfully.
